Custom Values
Is it possible to use custom values in knowledge base?

I'll let others chime in, but I do not believe so. The KB is vector stored in a database and uses RAG and operates completely different from the prompting thats connected to the CRM. I'd be very surprised if it could use custom values.
How to automate CRM tagging based on Voice AI call outcomes?
Hey everyone, Building out an AI caller and trying to figure out the post-call automation piece. After each call, I need the AI to pick up on the lead's intent (Interested, Not Interested, or Do Not Call) and automatically slap the right tag in GHL the moment the call ends. What's the most reliable way to pass that outcome back to the GHL?

Outbound vs. Inbound Greetings
Is there not a way for the same voice assistant to wait for the call to say hello on an outbound call vs. on an inbound call the assistant says hello or do we need to use two separate assistants for that? This seems so rudimentary and a feature that should have been executed long ago. The use case is so high and happens all the time with our clients. Ai assistant calls > lead doesn't answer > lead calls back > since the bot is an Outbound bot the setting is to wait for the lead to greet > lead hangs up b/c noone says hello on the other line. Lead wasted. How can we overcome this with the same assistant? I've tried prompting it but that doesn't work b/c it uses the call setting. @Jorden Williams @Mike Copeland @Assistable Ai @Assistable Team

There’s already dynamic greetings feature. You put in what you want it to say for inbound and outbound then add the dynamic greetings feature by variable as step 1
