Problems Setting up voice AI

for the past couple of days been having issues setting up voice AI.

Unable to change voices

Unable to change voice engine.

Voice AI sounds mad, talks to fast and switched to Spanish mid conversation.

Dynamic Greeting is not working.

tried to uninstall and reinstall, reconnect multiple times.

Tried to recreate new assistant but no lock fixing the issues

Any suggestions how to overcome this challenges?
