@Mogene Christensen possibly lol
I had the mother of all meltdowns yesterday...
Do you ever feel like something becomes impossible, even when it was completely doable the day before? Because yesterday I felt MAJORLY unqualified to be a mom after letting my daughter watch TV for extra long and then panicking when the kids began to cry at the same time. I sat and cried in my front yard, holding my screaming baby while my 4 year old cried on my lap. I don’t even remember how it started, but I DO remember the thoughts I had after. “You’ll never be successful.” “You’re such a bad mom.” And on and on. Thoughts like this used to RUIN the rest of my day (and week). UNTIL I learned a cool trick that changed everything. I learned how to turn “I’m a bad mom” into “I am learning and growing for my kids.” Or “I’ll never be successful,” into “I am taking it day by day.” At first, it felt forced… But after a few days, within just 15 min, I was able to COMPLETELY FLIP my mood and outlook! What's 1 negative thought you've struggled with recently, and how did you handle it? Even the smallest win counts! ❤️ I’ll be here reading every comment. We’re in this together!

Aww, This morning was very similar actually for me! I didn't get to plan my week out this weekend like I normally do since I had family in town, so I was trying to play catch up today, and my daughter wanted to play and grab my pen and type on the computer the whole time.. I was only doing what HAD to be done, but it took me hours with her wiggling around the whole time. When it was clear she was not going to stop until she had my undevided attention, I clapped my hands a few times to regulate myself and not be overstimulated, took a few breaths, and I sat on the floor and gave her a hug. It's not easy being a Mompreneur.
Hello cutie mamas! How is your weekend?
Give me 1 word that describes your plans, 1 emoji that describes how you feel, and 1 GIF describing how you think it will go. I'll go first. (: ⬇️

@Mogene Christensen I'm definitely falling asleep easier, but the baby wakes up frequently, so it's not as restful as I'd hoped lol

You Spoke—And I Listened
I did a poll the other day about what you’d like me to make some posts about. The largest chunk of you want ideas for how you can bond with your kids(: So today I’m going to show you this AMAZING group I found on Skool. It’s led by our very own @Marianne Suarez Sabugo It’s called The Kid’s Craft Club Every Monday she posts a craft, coloring page, and affirmation to help you connect with your little ones. I’m a member of the group, and after doing the craft together a few days ago my daughter has been sitting at the table cutting paper with her kid scissors almost constantly 😂 Even better than just entertaining her, it brought us closer together. She’s excited to do crafts, but she’s MORE excited to do them with ME. Did I mention that it’s ONLY $10 a month?! It’s insane. That’s $2.50 a week. Don’t you think it’s worth it to connect with your kid for $2.50?! I bet your kid would think so… Join Here
