GoHighLevel Secrets....Part 1
Did you know that you can create contracts with SIGNATURE spots in GoHighLevel? - In your sub-account, open Payments → Documents & Contracts. Click Templates → New Template - Pick a template or choose blank. You can add text, images, tables, product lists, etc. - In Recipients, add your client (and yourself if you also need to sign). - Drag in Text blocks for your terms. - Drag the Signature element where you want it, then set To be signed by → choose the correct recipient (client, business user, etc.). Add a Date field or initials if you use them. - For opt-ins or disclosures, include checkboxes in the doc - Give it a title, set expiration, customize notifications/reminders - Click Send, choose recipients - Monitor sent/viewed/signed/completed status and download the final signed PDF + signature certificate You can also automate it to send the invoice after the contract has been signed! But I don't want to overwhelm you with steps while I nerd out 🤓 So I will make another post about that part, tomorrow!
