Hello everyone my name is Anurag from O pullups i Went to 5 pullups now my goal is 15 how can I increase it can anyone say me how many reps and sets should I do what style should I train

Guys to was my first day in calisthenics and a push day this is the workout I dis :- 5x4 sets of push ups 5x2 sets of pike push ups 5x2 sets of assisted dips And I even trained for l-sit and I have already shared my l-sit training Can anyone check my form in my push exercise

Hey guys this is my day 1 of Calisthenics and day 1 of learning basic Calisthenics foundational skills also my first skill is going to be l-sit as a beginner I did only 3 exercises for l-sit because after that my core was sore can any one rate my form and exercises I have posted it here and in my Calisthenics workout after skill training I did 5x4 sets of perfect form pushups 5x2 sets of pike pushups and 5x2 sets of assisted dips
