Hey guys this is my day 1 of Calisthenics and day 1 of learning basic Calisthenics foundational skills also my first skill is going to be l-sit as a beginner I did only 3 exercises for l-sit because after that my core was sore can any one rate my form and exercises I have posted it here and in my Calisthenics workout after skill training I did 5x4 sets of perfect form pushups 5x2 sets of pike pushups and 5x2 sets of assisted dips
