Day 1 push day
Guys to was my first day in calisthenics and a push day this is the workout I dis :-
5x4 sets of push ups
5x2 sets of pike push ups
5x2 sets of assisted dips
And I even trained for l-sit and I have already shared my l-sit training
Can anyone check my form in my push exercise
