Lovable +supabase dashboard
Hey everyone, I’m building a visual dashboard with Lovable connected to Supabase. The main thing I’m struggling with is making it work properly for multiple clients. Basically, this is for a marketing agency with around 10–15 clients. Ideally, I’d like to have just one Lovable site where each client can log in (magic link, login, whatever) and only see their own metrics. The data comes from two sheets (one for daily metrics and one for launch metrics). Automations to update the Supabase tables are already done, and Supabase is connected to Lovable. A few things I’m not sure about: - For auth, should I use magic links or some type of manual login? - Should I set up the RLS policies myself, or can I let Lovable handle that? - What’s the best way for Lovable to query specific data from Supabase—via a prompt/LLM setup, or by telling it directly? Has anyone done something similar or has tips on the best setup?

Use this to sell high-ticket...
Hey guys, Michael here.🤙 One of the biggest challenges I've had in growing my AI agency is figuring out what niche to focus on. It’s really tempting to say “we can help anyone,” but the truth is that usually means you help no one (at least not at a premium). So after a lot of trial and error I found that this really helped for narrowing down and creating a niche that businesses actually pay top dollar for: It's a simple 3-Part "Value/Niche" framework. It may seem simple, and maybe you're already using some of the steps. But when you actually focus on all 3 relentlessly, that's when you'll break through. 1. High-Pain Problem: Look for an area where businesses lose time or money every single day. Example: missed leads, manual data entry, etc. 2. High-Value Industry: Not every market is worth the effort. Go after businesses where solving the problem ties directly to revenue. 3. Focus on the front end: This is where the business actually makes money. Think Lead-Gen, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Acquisition. If you can help them automate something that directly makes them money (i.e. close even 1 more sale) then you can charge a premium. When those three align, you’ve got a niche that’s: Valuable to the client Easy to communicate Sellable at a premium That’s been a game-changer for us. And I actually built an entire comprehensive plug/play system for this that takes the guesswork out of finding your offer. Curious for those of you already working with clients: What niche or workflow have you found that businesses are willing to pay premium prices for? -Michael

💥UPDATED💥 ONLY THE BEST APPLY: I’m Paying Top AI Talent Like It’s 2030 💰
🚫 If you’re not top 1% in AI with a proven track record of delivering measurable results, this isn’t for you. 🚫 I’m assembling an elite AI strike team to dominate a market that’s wide open for those who can execute at the highest level. This is not a “job.” This is a performance‑based partnership with pay that reflects true top‑tier skill: - 🧠 Elite AI Expert (solo) — $1.5M/year if you can replace an entire agency with your skills. - 🚀 Small Top‑Tier AI Agency (up to 5 people) — $2.5M/year. - 🏢 Bigger Agencies — Negotiable if you’re truly the best. No CV drops. No “I’m passionate about AI” fluff. If you can’t show case studies, hard numbers, and systems you’ve built that deliver, you won’t make the cut. I’m looking for: ✅ Proven operators who can build, automate, and scale systems that outperform entire teams ✅ People who thrive under pressure and move faster than the market ✅ Partners who want to create something that changes the game — and get paid like it I move quickly. The right people will be onboarded fast. The wrong people won’t get a second look. 📩 DM me with proof of results. If you’re the real deal, this will be the most lucrative and impactful move of your career. 💥 Every day you wait, someone else is taking the spot you wanted. The best don’t hesitate — they move. If you’re elite, DM me right now and lock in your seat before it’s gone.

Client Said "Your OCR Sucks." Fixed It With One Node. Revenue Jumped $4,200/Month.
Lost 3 clients in one week. All same complaint "Your OCR accuracy is garbage." THE HUMILIATING NUMBERS Medical forms: 67% accuracy Handwritten notes: 41% (basically useless) Scanned invoices: 72% Mixed format documents: 58% Was using standard OCR for everything. Like using a hammer for brain surgery. THE REVELATION Not all documents are created equal. Printed invoice? Standard OCR. Handwritten medical form? Needs specialized processing. Table-heavy financial report? Different approach entirely. REBUILT WITH INTELLIGENT ROUTING (n8n) Document analyzer node (determines type) Router based on document characteristics Path A: Clean PDFs (standard extraction) Path B: Handwritten (enhanced AI processing) Path C: Tables (structure-aware parsing) Path D: Mixed formats (multi-pass approach) Confidence scoring and human fallback Unified output regardless of path THE SHOCKING RESULTS Medical forms: 67% to 96.8% Handwritten: 41% to 89.2% Invoices: 72% to 99.1% Mixed formats: 58% to 94.3% Called back lost clients with free trial. All three returned. Plus referred others. REVENUE IMPACT Before: $2,800/month (and dropping) After: $7,000/month (and growing) Cost increase: $34/month for enhanced processing THE LESSON Stop forcing one solution on every document type. Route intelligently. Use the right tool for the right job. Running this approach for 6 clients now. Setup time? 90 minutes. They think I'm a wizard. I just use a router node. What document type is killing your accuracy?
