Successful First Call with a Commercial R.E. Broker!
I just had what I thought was a successful first call with a Commercial Real Estate Broker about a property in MAINE!!! My “practice call” could actually turn into something workable. I did learn that Maine has RENT CONTROL, so if any of you have had experience with RENT CONTROL properties, please let me know. Thanks!!
