Hot chick from overseas followed me... what next?
This is an active account / real person, not a weird spammer. She just commented something nice on one of my videos and followed me...she lives in the UK. Would be fun to hangout with her at some point. Who knows if logistics would ever line up or not. What should I do? Same thing as always, invite her to event or something different?

Books that you read over and over again
Having a long list of books widens your view, bur rereading the same reenforces it. What are the book that you read year on year? For me it is no more mr nice guy by robert glover

MOA -> real estate
I have a friend teaching me about real estate right now. He told me to go find motivated sellers of apartment/ condo complexes and RV parks… I’m thinking about how I could copy and paste the MOA method of building lists and sending cold DMs. Where would be good starting points that won’t flood my lists with a bunch of dead ends? Real estate events would be my only guess, not the gurus and influencers in the space. Anybody here in real estate have any insight on how I could use the MOA method to streamline finding these kinds of sellers?

@Kyle Mullaney Hi, Kyle, Most of it comes from public records.Every county handles it a little differently, but in general you can pull: • probate filings from the clerk of courts • eviction and foreclosure cases from the court docket • code violations from the county property appraiser • tax liens from the tax collector • utilities/overdue accounts from municipal open-data portals (when available) The key is cleaning the data. Raw public records are messy — duplicates, wrong names, incomplete addresses, and a lot of people you can’t actually contact. Once you clean it, the quality goes up and the number of calls you need to make goes down.

Motivation
I struggle to stay motivated, I cannot get a date, I go to work, I go to the gym, I have no group of friends, I’m literally running home to take a hit of legal THC, that’s what’s waiting for me at home, I see the same pattern for the next 33 years and I don’t know what I can do about it and no making more money so I can spend it on Webcams and Escorts because I can’t get a woman isn’t enough.
