The first video is great!
I can totally relate and it is a struggle to get up in the morning, stay focused and get things done. All of those symptoms have been in my life for 35+ years at least. One day is not the same as the next. The pain moves around and the energy is sometimes on top, sometimes I get drained really quickly and sometimes I have a hard time sitting up at all. I am looking forward to the next part of the course. You have such an engaging way about you. Thank you!

MCAS: There have been days when my allergies flare up and I am allergic to everything. It makes me super pale in my face and lips (that is how others see that something is off with me) Then the energy drains and I feel faint. Lying down or resting for a while may do it, but when histamin dumps into my entire system it is really bad.

@Elin S thank you! I have started taking Quercetine and vitamin C daily as a supplement though I try to eat berries also daily. Now I add Black Aronia berries to my smoothies as well and they are low in sugar and packed with antioxidants and vitamins while low and even lowering histamine in the body. It is an interesting berry though difficult for me to eat unless in shakes. It is also called Choke-berries because of this course feeling when eating.
🌞 My Fav Clean Sunscreen + New Course!
Yesterday, I posted a new course in our community about how you can adapt your lifestyle to better tolerate the sun, so you tan more easily and burn less😻 But let’s say you have to be out in the sun for hours, even though your skin hasn’t built up melanin yet…😅 Then I strongly recommend this clean sunscreen. I’m not sponsored, this is just one of the cleanest, most trustworthy options I’ve found 🌿 Check out the course if you haven’t yet!🫶

It is also neccessary if you have vitiligo since those places can't build any pigmentation. It is going to be interesting to see if that also reverses in time.

@Elin S Yes, our bodies are designed to heal. I am expecting more changes as I apply your guidance. My gut health and joints are already better.

This trip it will be all natural organic cherries and Meat cut in slivers. Tomorrow we're off to the Alphaville concert on Öland. Hope you're having a great week and coming weekend!

@Elin S I always choose all natural or just salted. Since I am allergic I always read ingredients and I almost always have less than 5 ingredients in most of my food. I actually found a spread made of 100% almonds.
10-Minute Perfect Breakfast Idea 🍳🧀
🔥 Grab your cast iron pan and fry up one pack of lactose-free Halloumi in real butter 🥄 Eat as much as you like for breakfast, and save the rest for a protein-rich snack later in the day! ✨ Optional twist: Add a spoonful of organic raspberry or strawberry jam (preferably without added sugar) for a sweet-salty combo your taste buds will love!

I also use Halloumi as a travel snack. It is really good! Another LCHF breakfast that I like is cold cuts that I roll with soft cheese or liver paté and cucumber. I also like lactose free Turkish Yoghurt mixed with nuts, berries and lactose free cream (non-whip, aka food or cooking cream, since the cream you can whip has an ingredient added to it to make it whippable that hurts my stomach and causes cancer tumors in mice)

@Elin S That is something I will try. Sounds good and would make a great travel snack, too!
