Ingredients:
150 g butter
800 g ground meat
1/2 a red onion
2 eggs
1 dl oat flour
Fond from cooking lamb or any other meat
Spices to taste (I used a mix of peppers, herbs)
10 dl Cream
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- Melt butter in a oven safe form
- Meanwhile mix all the ingredients well (except for the cream).
- Mix the melted butter into the meat mix.
- Flatten the meat mix in the form
- Cut it into squares
- Add 5 dl cream
- Put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes
- Take it out and add 5 dl cream
Enjoy as is or with cranberry jam!
