After frogging the first attempt at clue #3, I reassessed my color choices, found a yarn that’s been in the stash for over 3 years (color B), went down 2 needle sizes and it fits! These colors are so much more “me” than the first attempt and I love how it looks so far. It’s brighter and mildly chaotic, and I love it so much! I’ve also learned that I’m more of a loose knitter than I thought. I’m learning so much from this MYAL.

Finally done with Clue 3 and so far it fits 🥳 I am too excited for Clue 4, which I didn't spoil yet, to start the neckband. Hopefully, I'll be up to pace on Friday 🥰 The lose ends still look messy though 🫣

Done with Clue 2. Trying to hurry and get 3 done for tomorrow 😁 Do you sew in the lose ends already and do you have a strategy for that?

Clue 3 done, just in time, despite the piles of coursework I had to finish this week! First time I've done a neckband like this and the first time I've tried 3-needle bind off - in hindsight, a splitty black yarn might not have been the best choice for firsts 😂 I might start weaving some ends in while we wait, otherwise, I'll regret my life decisions in the end 😬
