Remembering to Breathe (Again)
I’ve been doing breathwork every morning nothing fancy, just 5 minutes to reset before the day starts. It’s wild how something so simple can shift everything. When my mind starts racing, or I catch myself overthinking, I’ve started pausing for a few slow, intentional breaths. Every time, it’s like my body reminds me: You’re here. You’re safe. You can slow down. Funny how easy it is to forget that when life speeds up. How do you ground yourself when you start to drift or feel scattered?
