Kia Ora I’m Ange..Single mum to one little boy who’s 8. I have had my share of life’s trauma over the years, but have found myself struggling a lot from having to navigate a traumatic long term partnership split with a young child from 2023. I have also suffered a major health incident in January, leaving me unable to work since then and another relationship ending just weeks ago, leaving me lost in grief, self doubt and anxiety taking over my thought processes and decisions. I would love to find happiness, peace and calm again within myself and for my son and a way to practice more self care. Also to continue to learn different strategies for calming my nervous system which is constantly in overdrive. My dearest friend Amanda introduced me to this group and your breath work Adam, with the highest recommendation's, which I was really curious about, and am looking forward to learning these techniques. I also feel very thankful to you for giving us all the opportunities to experience personal growth, through you 🪷 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🙏 🤗
