A weekly space to keep the flame lit and the momentum flowing. The 21-Day Wellness Challenge may have come to a close, but the path continues - and we walk it together. Sangha Breath Sesh is an invitation to reconnect, recalibrate, and return home to the breath as a community. This is a shared practice designed to support integration and consistency. A place to move from inspiration into embodiment. To sit side by side (wherever we are in the world) and breathe as one field. 🗓 Every Wednesday ⏰ 6:30am 📍 Live within The Well (of Bliss) 🔁 Exchange: Dana (an attitude of giving) ✨ What to expect: - A guided breath flow (~20 mins) - Followed by mindfulness and meditation - Suitable for all levels - beginners to seasoned practitioners - Let the practice meet you exactly where you are Whether you joined the challenge from day one or have just stepped into the tribe, this space is for you. If you have not yet practiced live with us, this is the perfect place to begin. No pressure. No performance. 8 days that I stick to myself, show up for myself, look after myself, with a healthy routine, only thing that I need to shift is the timing, I'm late again today, it gets me tired. I wanna do my flow first after open my eyes. I'm feeling great though This challenge is so much different than the others done before, I'm focus, serious, consistent, I do it truly this time. I'm in love Thank you 🙏🏼✨️💖

Good morning 🌟 I’ve been holding some intense anxious feelings in my belly this weekend, some shame and guilt too. This mornings practice really moved some of that energy, and although I felt quite nauseated during it, I feel lighter now. Just what I needed, thank you! This weekend theme is hitting deep. Today I am grateful for That early night and much needed sleep Silence and time alone My full time job that I love Have a great day 💕

Morning 🌟 Sorry I won’t see you guys in the live this morning but I will catch up with you all during the reply this afternoon. Off for a kayak! Lots to reflect about heading into week two for me. My intention is to be more present in the community and refine my practices to be more achievable each day. Today I am grateful for… Time in nature Seeing friends I haven’t seen in months Opportunities to start again
Day 2 - better late than never!
Evening! Gosh I feel like I’m finally on top of everything after a hectic weekend away. I’ve spent time this evening going through app, reading and watching all of the content and feel like I can fully participate now. I’ve planned to integrate some new practices into my daily routine tomorrow. I really enjoyed the meditation and journaling exercise tonight and look forward to adding breath work into the mix from tomorrow 💕
