FASTING DAY!!
TAKING ACTION: ✅Comment FASTING below if you’re opting into today’s full-day fast! ✅Any last-minute questions? Share them below! Today’s the day, friends—it’s our monthly 24-hour fast! Trust me, it’s not as hard as it seems, and I’m going to give you all the tips and tricks to navigate it successfully! Keep your mind focused on the healing benefits of an extended fast—more fat burn, improved cognitive function, potential prevention against diabetes and obesity, and autophagy (a cellular process where cells break down and recycle their own damaged or unnecessary components to maintain energy and health). Check out the helpful tips below that will help you navigate today’s fast âŹ‡ïž đŸœ Drink plenty of water and be prepared to drink more than you think you need. 💩 Electrolyte water (without added sugars) is always a wise choice because when we fast, our bodies quickly lose electrolytes/minerals. Electrolyte water will replenish those and help us push through with energy. The same part of our brain that signals when we are thirsty and when we are hungry, so if you feel hungry, drink more water. đŸœ As with our 16-hour fasts, be sure not to exceed 50 liquid calories; otherwise, you are at risk for breaking your fast. It’s also important to ensure your creamer doesn’t contain added sugar. You can also drink black coffee, unsweetened tea, hot tea, our Hydration, Creatine, Collagen, or BCAAs. ☕ đŸœ Keep yourself busy today and remind yourself of why you’re doing this. Fasting is not happening TO us. It is happening FOR us. It’s important to give your digestive system a complete break now, and then so it can recover. Extended fasts also allow our bodies to repair our cells. Remember, extended fasts should be used for healing, not as punishment. 💯 đŸœ Fast as long as you can, but always listen to your body. Anything over 12 hours is beneficial, and anything over 16 hours is awesome! Progress over perfection applies here, too. đŸœ Rest today or participate in a recovery day. It is important not to deplete your energy during your 24-hour fast.

Metabolic Health
✅ Comment YES if you’re excited to fuel your body a little more this month and are ready to learn about metabolic health! “It is only the farmer who faithfully plants seeds in the spring who reaps a harvest in the autumn.” ~ B.C. Forbes It’s the first Monday of March, and spring is just around the corner, friends 🌾 As the quote reminds us, the habits and choices you plant now will shape how you feel for the rest of the year. Simply put—what you do today matters. Coming out of winter, many of us naturally focused on simplifying, resetting, and pulling back a bit. That can be a really supportive season. But just like nature doesn’t stay in winter forever, our bodies aren’t meant to live in a constant “pull-back” mode either. Spring is about renewal, energy, and gentle expansion đŸŒ± It’s a time to support your metabolism, hormones, and nervous system so your body feels safe, energized, and strong—not burned out or depleted. This month, we’re intentionally adding a bit more support and nourishment to match our training and recovery—especially as we focus on building strength. Think of this as setting the foundation for sustainable energy, resilience, and long-term progress. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be diving deeper into metabolic health—what it actually means, how it’s impacted by stress, under-fueling, sleep, movement, and mindset, and how to support it without extremes or confusion. There’s so much noise out there—but you deserve clarity and confidence when it comes to caring for your body 💛 It’s going to be an incredible few weeks, and you’re going to feel more empowered, more informed, and more in tune with your body than ever đŸ™ŒđŸŒ·

Nourishing your mind, body and spirit.
TAKING ACTION: ✅ After reading today’s post, comment NOURISH below if you’re ready to learn some tips on how to comprehensively nourish your body! If time permits, let me know how you’re feeling overall. “If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health.” ~Hippocrates You must make the turn if you want to continue your journey. I believe that when you keep going, you eventually learn to love the journey—you fall in love with nourishing your mind and body. ❀ Learning how to nourish your body is important, but the ultimate goal is that it becomes your life—that you crave nourishment because of the way it makes you feel. If that seems like a far-fetched idea, I encourage you to show up this week. It may feel like a distant dream from where you’re standing right now, but remember, Point Z looks very different depending on where you’re standing. If you’re standing at Point A, a lifestyle of nourishing your body won’t happen overnight. It might take months or even years. That’s okay. As long as you’re progressing, that’s all that matters because progression means you’re evolving. Progression means you’re changing. Progression means you’re growing. Nourishment isn’t punishment. It’s life-giving, and there are numerous ways to nourish your body that we’re going to discuss this week. Once you truly believe and embody comprehensive nourishment, there’s no going backâ€ŠđŸ«¶

Trying to find myself again
This might be too much but if I’m here but not here I’m okay. Right now I’m trying to regain myself and put myself first then family, friends and so on. I’m a biological mom of 3 but a mom to many. My biological family needs me to focus on them. 3 years ago our youngest son who is 31 ended up in a messy ,expensive divorce , there was a paternity test to make sure that our granddaughter was actually his daughter. Our ex daughter-in-law and her family definitely took advantage of our family and our kindness and status in life. Unfortunately, it took a toll on our sons mental health and she is still manipulating him . She’s flaunting a new boyfriend in front of him and his daughter is now calling the new boyfriend dad. Unfortunately now he’s totally confused and I think he needs more help than what we have been giving him.. Hopefully he will go back to seeing his psychiatrist and psychologist. This weekend has taken a lot out on me mentally emotionally and physically so if I stepped back for a little bit and it’s just I’m trying to find myself. I’ve already texted my compassion counselor. I will be meeting up with her so I can talk through everything that’s going on. My our Heavenly Father hold us all in the palm of his and guide us through this journey together. Hugs Jackie

@Denise Hopkins I had to pay $60 for a yearly membership but got 20% off my first order and a free gift. The only store I have close is Walmart so they do not have a lot of the stuff I ordered. I paid $80.00 on my first order and I got quite a bit. I like it so far.
