On the UP & UP
It’s been a busy start to my year. Busier than I ever thought it was going to be but I’m also the sole cause of it in a good way! Getting up now at 4:30 and meeting a good buddy at the gym by 5:30, get a good 45min-1 hour workout in and I’m now seeing the difference it’s made thus far. I HIT 201.4lbs This morning! That’s huge for me. I’m 6’5 grew up working in the trades and on a far. Strength has always been there but mass never was. Only other time I’ve been above 200 was 2015 when I started to work out and I was a heavy beer drinker then so that probably helped with gaining weight. Shortly after I stopped working out and dipped back under 200lbs. It’s always been an insecurity. Now I’m SOBER, lifting and using beneficial supplements to recoup what has been depleted and deleted from my mind and body over the last 7 years. There’s more understanding of “start every day as a new day” at first thought you think, “well obviously it’s a new day” but the meaning for me is staying in the routine from the day prior, it worked, find a way to tweak it if necessary or build on it. The only way to go backwards is to be negative and stagnant. I’ve had enough of that over the last 7 years of my life. LETS FUCIKG GOOO MEN!
Win the day
I totally fell off my morning routine last week but got back after it this morning and feeling good. Crush the week guys!💪
Hey Guys, Im Kristian
I’m a dad to a sweet 2-year-old girl named Georgia Pearl — my little Peach. She’s my whole world. I joined this group because the last few weeks have been tough, and I’m just trying to stay grounded and be the best dad I can be. I know a lot of you have been through your own struggles, and I wanted to be around other fathers who get what that feels like. I’m here to learn, grow, and support where I can. Looking forward to connecting with you all. ✊🏼🤍

Thanks for sharing bro! The challenges of the week are a great way to get started using this brotherhood! Even if you’re not sharing everyday, be honest with yourself! We’re all here for the same reason. 1% better every day!
Getting honest with myself.
It’s unbelievable what you can gain in your struggle of life by simply stopping, evaluating yourself, being real with yourself and taking action towards a better you. This simple app has made it incredibly easy to be a better me, better dad, husband, son and brother. I’m a recovering addict of the past 6 years and dabbling here and there before that. So it’s being a struggle seeking help. Now starting to work the 12 steps with a sponsor. I was raised to always keep working keep pushing and it gets better. I don’t disagree with that as long as while you’re in that grind you’re pushing yourself to also do things for yourself you wouldn’t normally do. It’s been so easy for me to fall back to the comfortability of laziness and no self progression but just getting through each day. I joined this Legacy because not only was I wanting to support a life long brother but he made it so simple to see just how easy it was for me to be better. The layout of the app is easy for me to pop open and see what 5-15 min thing I can do and work on to be better today. Nothing works if you don’t work for it. We’re on our phones all the time, why not read about the simple things you could do throughout your day. It’s helping me be more open and honest with myself but also getting to reach out to other dad’s experiencing similar struggles in the day to day dad life. 3 kids and and Amazing wife has been a struggle for me to keep up with, but since I’ve joined this brotherhood I can honestly say I’m glad I have somewhere to look and see the simple in how to be better. I hope this brotherhood impacts you as it has impacted my life so far.
