✅ COMMUNITY RULES — READ BEFORE POSTING
1. Show up. Be active, be engaged, and participate. You don’t get better by lurking in the shadows. 2. No negativity / complaining without action. We talk solutions here — not excuses. 3. Vulnerability is strength. Share what’s real. Struggles, wins, setbacks — all of it. This isn’t Instagram highlight bullshit. 4. Zero judgment. Zero ego. Every man here is fighting a battle you don’t see. Respect the brotherhood. 5. No unsolicited coaching / selling / DMs — support each other — don’t spam each other. 6. Be accountable. If you say you’re going to do something, do it. Call yourself out, not other members. 7. Protect the space. Whatever is shared here stays here. Men need a place to be honest — don’t ruin that. 8. Lead by example. You are becoming the man your kids, family, and future look to. Act like it.

On the UP & UP
It’s been a busy start to my year. Busier than I ever thought it was going to be but I’m also the sole cause of it in a good way! Getting up now at 4:30 and meeting a good buddy at the gym by 5:30, get a good 45min-1 hour workout in and I’m now seeing the difference it’s made thus far. I HIT 201.4lbs This morning! That’s huge for me. I’m 6’5 grew up working in the trades and on a far. Strength has always been there but mass never was. Only other time I’ve been above 200 was 2015 when I started to work out and I was a heavy beer drinker then so that probably helped with gaining weight. Shortly after I stopped working out and dipped back under 200lbs. It’s always been an insecurity. Now I’m SOBER, lifting and using beneficial supplements to recoup what has been depleted and deleted from my mind and body over the last 7 years. There’s more understanding of “start every day as a new day” at first thought you think, “well obviously it’s a new day” but the meaning for me is staying in the routine from the day prior, it worked, find a way to tweak it if necessary or build on it. The only way to go backwards is to be negative and stagnant. I’ve had enough of that over the last 7 years of my life. LETS FUCIKG GOOO MEN!

Real Shit
Life has had some drastic changes for me but all is for the better. With my situation. It’s not easy, but I won’t quit. Fast forward into the story, to a point to where I wasn’t able to make ends meet. I will be going back to the powersports dealership I did very well at a couple hours away from where I currently am at. I will be moving soon to work there soon. Most money I’ve made, I loved that job and I know people there so I am excited that it’s an opportunity I have to support and raise my daughters. Where I am currently there weren’t jobs paying enough to support being full time and affording a nanny. That’s why I had to leave my last job, become a stay at home dad and work hard on the weeks when I didn’t have them. Did everything from DoorDash, sold items around the house, bartended at a ski resort, built all of my platforms for training/coaching/legacy brotherhood, online training, videos for a fitness company. Whatever it took to get by. Right now I’m at a point to where I need to be more financial support while I get my training business and platforms up off the ground and marketed. Struggling financially with normal finances has halted finances going further into the marketing and business. This powersports business will allow me to do so and I’m excited for that, but also to still be hungry towards the dream and true goal of supporting helping others fight the fight and come out a stronger, happier and more present man. So this isn’t the end of the legacy brotherhood, or the fit legacy method. This is more of a massive turning point for us. Life wants to throw shit at you in every way it can. Dodge that shit, take that shit, keep on trucking one step after another with a smile on your fucking face. Being scared lets me know I’m alive. Thrive with it
Remember to enjoy yourself
Work hard, play harder. Enjoy the life you have built. I don’t get to see my family often but I’m so happy I get to spend a few days with my brother and dad snowboarding. What’s your favorite go-to hobby?
Remember to enjoy yourself
