🔒 UPDATE 🔒
Brothers — quick update from me and a big step forward for our community. When I first opened The Legacy Brotherhood, I made it completely free because I wanted every dad, every man who needed a place like this, to be able to join without thinking twice. But as this group has grown, I realized something important: To truly protect the privacy, culture, and integrity of this Brotherhood… it can’t stay wide open. At the same time, I want this community to GROW — to reach the men who genuinely need a place like this. But the only way to grow a free group is to make it public, and if it’s public… Anyone can lurk. Anyone can peek. Anyone can watch your posts without ever joining. And that destroys the safe, honest, private brotherhood we’re building. So I made the call to transition to: **➡️ $1/month entry tier ➡️ $9/month Upgraded Brotherhood tier** Here’s why this is the best move for all of us: 1️⃣ $1 keeps everything PRIVATE. No lurkers. No randomness. No outside eyes. Only real men who actually want to be here. 2️⃣ $1 still keeps it accessible. A dollar removes barriers but keeps commitment high enough to protect the space. 3️⃣ It filters in SERIOUS men. If someone won’t invest $1 into themselves, they aren’t ready for this environment. 4️⃣ It lets me grow the Brotherhood WITHOUT exposing your personal lives to the public. More reach, more momentum — same protection. 🔥 What about the $9 Upgraded Tier? Why is it worth it? Brothers, the $1 tier gets you into the Brotherhood… But the upgraded tier is where the actual transformation happens. Inside the upgraded tier you get: 🔥 The Dad Life System of the Week Weekly structure, assignments, and habits that make you stronger mentally and physically. 🔥 Forged in Chaos Monthly Challenges Designed to push you, discipline you, and keep you accountable. 🔥 1% Better Daily Assignments Small, powerful habits that stack into a different man over time. 🔥 Private threads, deeper conversations, and coaching-level support

✅ COMMUNITY RULES — READ BEFORE POSTING
1. Show up. Be active, be engaged, and participate. You don’t get better by lurking in the shadows. 2. No negativity / complaining without action. We talk solutions here — not excuses. 3. Vulnerability is strength. Share what’s real. Struggles, wins, setbacks — all of it. This isn’t Instagram highlight bullshit. 4. Zero judgment. Zero ego. Every man here is fighting a battle you don’t see. Respect the brotherhood. 5. No unsolicited coaching / selling / DMs — support each other — don’t spam each other. 6. Be accountable. If you say you’re going to do something, do it. Call yourself out, not other members. 7. Protect the space. Whatever is shared here stays here. Men need a place to be honest — don’t ruin that. 8. Lead by example. You are becoming the man your kids, family, and future look to. Act like it.

Gym time!
I’m heading into the gym and I’ll be honest. It’s Leg day, we just got another 6-8” of snow last night, it’s 5 degrees outside. I really don’t want to do anything 🤣 I’m trekking through and getting it done though! I’ll share some results later! How is everyone else’s day going?!
Getting Shredded Tip! ✅
What’s up guys! One question I always get is what is my favorite way to get shredded the quickest. Heres the thing, there is much more than just one simple exercise or diet change. However, I have found my favorite way to do so with so much research about how the anatomy of the body works! If you’re on the premium tier, let’s talk more about it tomorrow! But in a shorter version, your body needs to be “shocked”. And by this I didn’t mean stick a fork in the outlet. The neurons in your body need to be re-aligned to be like wtf is going on? So people who are marathon runners, cross country and etc, most of the time they are skinner, toned but not a ton of muscle mass. They have absolutely and undeniable endurance ability but that’s what happens whenever you run long distances at the same pace. Whenever you work on endurance, your body wants to reach for the most reliable source to build from and that just happens to be your protein (muscle mass). It’s the most reliable source and by pacing yourself, your body can grab the better nutrients. Now, let’s swap over to your “sprinter” aspect. Yes, the endurance is no where near what a marathon runner has, however, you may see a built sprinter who is shredded but can’t run a mile. There is a balance to it, but with the sprinter aspect you shock your body in durations from a low resting heart rate to a high active heart rate and then back and forth so your body is like wtf are you doing to me? Do you want to run or do you want to rest? Your body needs to grab a nutrient source right away to help keep everything going so it reaches for the fastest source and that just happens to be your body fat! So one of my all time favorite shredding techniques is what I call my Sprint Intervals. 👀 Now, don’t get me wrong. It’s not easy and I don’t expect everyone to accomplish it right away. You will be on a treadmill. First you will want to check what the max speed is on the treadmill and ultimately know, how fast can you run?
