The ChatGPT app store is open for business, have you had a look yet?
This is something that probably won't come as a surprise to people who have been keeping an eye on the world of AI, but ChatGPT has now opened its own app store. This has kind of blown my mind a bit, but connecting chat-style AIs to other bits of software is going to be a massive thing next year. Have you had a look yet? Does it excite you or make you roll your eyeballs?

What are you doing to help people adore your business?
How do your clients and customers genuinely feel about you? Do they adore you, or do they simply buy from you because they have to? I believe there is significant merit in focusing on what we can do to be adored by our clients. After all, referrals come from adoring customers. This ambition should be more than just the cliché of going the extra mile or showing that you really care. What are your thoughts on this? Is there anything specific you do to get your clients to adore you?

@Gee Ranasinha maybe the word is a bit strong, but I wanted to see if I could get a reaction by using it, which I have. You mentioned something really interesting in your reply about pushing back with clients. This is something I think is incredibly important, especially if you sell a technical product like digital marketing. If you just do as you're told by the client, they're not really getting consultancy in my opinion.

@Sam Parnell now this is an area where I think people are going to eventually realise that automating everything with AI isn't really the answer. Some automation can be fantastic as long as you bear in mind you mustn't lose the human touchpoints with the client.
Genuinely important Business Amplifier question. Please read and respond.
I've been planning the future of the Business Amplifier, and I think I have the opportunity to offer something much more significant than we are with the current setup. There's a lot going on in the background here, but I am considering the idea of having tiered membership. I'll keep the costs as reasonable as I can, but it could be a good way to give Business Amplifier members access to some of the facilities and research tools that our retained clients have. I'm also considering a higher tier that includes a set amount one-to-one consultation time each month, and probably some ‘group therapy’ type sessions with visiting experts. The free tier, as it is currently set up, will always be here. My question is, would this be of interest to you? Please be honest; that would be very helpful, thank you.

@Sam Parnell yeah, I think that's key. The value proposition needs some tweaking.
How much of your personality is your USP?
I had a brilliant session yesterday with the always-interesting @Rachel Allen. We were discussing how much emotion – or how much of ourselves – should be included in our Unique Selling Propositions. The theory is that a lot of USPs tend to be quite cold and unemotional. But ultimately, people work with people. If you are a freelancer, a solopreneur, or the person in your company who deals with prospects most often, then yes: you probably should include it. Your personality is a part of your USP. The real challenge is: how on earth do you express that? After a very entertaining session with Rachael, I decided my USP is that I am a Professional Attention Seeker. If you rolled your personality into your selling point, could you define it in just three or four words? P.S. If you aren’t sure what your USP is and want to get some clarity, we have a session for that. Just send me a direct message and I’ll explain how it works.

@Paul Wilkinson I love how clear your positioning is.
Do you still work when you're ill?
I spent the last couple of days tucked up in bed with something dramatic feeling, but probably fine. Just our curiosity - if you run a business, do you: 1. Power down completely 2. Push on through 3. Just lightly keep in touch

@Paul Wilkinson although I work in a room by myself, there are other people in the building, and that has been something I take into account.
