We placed our first recruit today. Cold called the business (walked into their warehouse and spoke with the owner), then posted job, interviewed multiple people on the phone, one no show for in person, and landed the second in person interview with client. 150+ outbounds to clients (between three partners) 30 candidate screening calls 3 in person meetings with candidates 1 client interview 1 placement I suspect the conversion will be less (more required outbounds), but who knows. Hi, we have construction clients who are interested in us providing staffing option, in addition to placement. Question: Does a construction staffing firm need the appropriate license for the trade being staffed (electrician, GC, etc.) or would the candidate/client licensing cover that? Specifically in Florida.
