We placed our first recruit today. Cold called the business (walked into their warehouse and spoke with the owner), then posted job, interviewed multiple people on the phone, one no show for in person, and landed the second in person interview with client.

3 in person meetings with candidates
1 client interview
1 placement
I suspect the conversion will be less (more required outbounds), but who knows.
