As we cross the threshold into a new year, we are coming together for something simple, ancient, and powerful. On January 1st at 9 PM CT, we will gather for the New Year’s Sync. A moment to pause the noise, align our nervous systems, and begin the year in coherence. This is part of a much bigger mission: 1 billion people breathing in sync to raise collective consciousness.
