@Renee Baker 🔥 100 LBS DOWN + NOW THRIVING IN MAINTENANCE Hi Everyone! Help me celebrate Renee! Renee didn’t just lose weight…she completely changed her life. Over the past year, she’s lost ~100 lbs — and if you’ve ever been on this journey, you know that doesn’t happen by accident. That’s discipline.That’s consistency.That’s showing up even when it’s hard. 👉 She didn’t stop there. Since joining this community, Renee has been locked in: ✔️ Consistent with her protein ✔️ Hitting her calories ✔️ Prepping her meals ✔️ Showing up to her strength workouts ✔️ Finish all the challenges that I have put on And it SHOWS ( I mean, look at those muscles!) She’s built strong, beautiful muscle, completely transformed her body composition, and stepped into a whole new version of herself. I want to create weekly structure within the group so that I can help you all as much as possible and you get the most out of this group. This is what I was thinking ( I am open to suggestions as well) Each week follows the same simple structure: Monday – Your Week on GLP-1s You’ll get 3 clear focuses ( I will provide, or you can) 1 nutrition 1 movement 1 mindset That’s your plan for the week. Share it with the group in the Community area, or under a post with the title. Let's encourage each other and hold each other accountable. Wednesday – Win Wednesday Share one thing you followed through on. We build confidence by stacking small wins. I will create a post for Fridays Q and A where you can ask your question and I will answer. (available for all members) Replays will be available for premium and VIP members Friday – Coaching + Q&A + Mini lesson + your questions answered. This is where we refine and adjust. Optional but powerful: Sunday – Reset, Weekly reflections, and weekly game plan Everyone is in a different phase. Start where you are: • New to GLP-1 (first 4 weeks)? → Begin with the Foundations Months 1-3 → 2–6 months in and feeling inconsistent? @Joanne Zuniga thanks Joanne I have done some peloton hypertrophe splits 5 x week, I have done Madeline moves, I have done Alicea Erickson splits but honestly my life is pretty crazy and travel etc will break my momentum. I can definitely improve this metric. Any recs?

I am not available tomorrow at 5 pm. I am halfway through the 21 day Plateu bootcamp. I need to be better at tracking but I have tracked a lot in the past and I eat simply so I am not too far off there. I get 10-12,000 steps daily, hydrate and sleep. I am a functional med practitioner so I think it is time to run a DUTCH (stress and hormone) and HTMA on myself to see where the imbalances are

@Joanne Zuniga my strength training is strong for a month then travel or illness derail me for a few days. I honestly get decision fatigue I have access to so many training programs would love some recommendations on which are most effective. My protein is 100-120g per day
