I'm just curious...... Who else is just routinely doing 100 push ups almost everyday now since we finished the 4th Quarter challenge? Like, its just part of the work out habitually?

Stoked to get my first 5km run ticked off after 6 months off and 3 weeks of building back - slowly đ - next goal 12km by end of March đȘđââïž. And the view arenât half bad either đ
