They label it as failure, burnout, or weakness. But what if this isn't collapse at all? What if this is the exact moment something shifts for the better, just not in the way you expected? The things that used to distract you from yourself no longer work. You can't be numbed by the usual stuff anymore. And that level of presence doesn't feel peaceful at first. If this is you, here's the truth. You are not losing yourself. You are losing the version of you that was built on needing something external to feel real. That's not failure. That's space being cleared. No one warns you that growth can feel like grief. No one tells you that watching your old self disappear can feel like a quiet death. This phase does not last forever. But it matters more than most phases ever will. You don't need fixing. You don't need to be pushed. Let this moment hold you. Hello family ✨ Hope you are having an amazing weekend. Here's a quick message to sit with as you head into the new week. The message is that life will not give you more until you expand your capacity to receive. And the way to do that? Face your fear. Every time you face a fear, you integrate that experience and your capacity to receive expands. Think of it like a video game. Every time you face a challenge, you level up. You cannot level up if you don't face the current challenges of the level you're at. So your current conditions and situations? They're simply your level of the game. Instead of avoiding them, face them. Go through the portal of fear. That's how you unlock new territories. New opportunities. New experiences. New adventures. New blessings. The universe always wants to give you more. But what you receive is not limited by the universe. It's limited by your capacity to receive. Expand that capacity by facing your fears. So your job is to dissect the fears that are holding you back from the thing you want to call in. And it starts with stillness. Introspection. Self study. Getting honest with yourself about what's really in the way. I know it's easier said than done. But try to get in the habit of making time for stillness and self reflection.
