LIVE Sunday 2pm: The answers you’re searching for may already be within you.
Have you ever noticed that the moments when you felt the most alive probably weren’t the moments you were trying the hardest? They were the moments you were simply… being. As children, we naturally gravitated toward what lit us up. We didn’t overthink it. We didn’t wonder if it was productive enough or if someone else would approve. We simply followed what brought us joy. Over time, life got louder. Responsibilities grew. Expectations piled up. Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped listening to ourselves. This Sunday, we’re doing something a little different. We’ll begin with a guided hypnosis to reconnect with meaningful memories from your subconscious. Then we’ll explore what those memories might be trying to tell you about who you are today, before ending with another hypnosis designed to help those insights take root. Your subconscious remembers things your conscious mind has long forgotten. Sometimes the next step forward isn’t found by searching harder. Sometimes it’s found by remembering what has been quietly waiting for you all along. πŸ—“ Sunday πŸ•‘ 2:00 PM EST If you’re joining us live, try to be there right at 2:00. We’ll begin with the first hypnosis, and you’ll want to experience that from the very beginning. 🫢🏼

Mistake vs Choice
People often say, β€œI made a mistake.” But not everything is a mistake. Some things are choices. A mistake happens when we don’t know. A choice happens when we decide. The beautiful part isn’t pretending the choice was a mistake. The beautiful part is having the courage to say: β€œI chose that, and today I choose differently.” There is no shame in admitting a poor choice. There is freedom in it. Growth doesn’t begin when we change the language. Growth begins when we change the person making the choices. Truth isn’t meant to condemn usβ€”it is meant to transform us. When we own our choices, we reclaim our power, because if I chose it then, I can choose differently now. That’s what repentance truly looks like to meβ€”not drowning in guilt, but changing direction with full awareness. Healing begins where excuses end and honesty begins.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Life is full of choices. Sometimes we make a choice that doesn’t lead where we hoped, and sometimes we make the best choice we could with the awareness we had at that moment. The important thing to remember is that every part of our journey carries lessons. If we dismiss everything as simply a mistake, we can miss the wisdom it came to teach us. Each of us walks our own path, and sometimes what feels like the worst thing that could have happened becomes the very thing that awakately transforms us, if we’re willing to own it and grow from it. To me, taking responsibility isn’t about blaming ourselves. It’s about reclaiming our power. When we can honestly say, β€œI chose that then, and I choose differently now,” we stop being victims of our past and become creators of our future. As Abraham Hicks says, β€œYou can never get it wrong because it’s never done.” Every experience becomes part of our expansion if we’re willing to learn from it.
You can choose you
Somewhere along the way, many of us started believing we had to choose. πŸ’ͺ🏼 Be strong or be soft. 🧘 Be ambitious or be peaceful. 🎨 Be practical or be creative. πŸ’΅Be successful or be spiritual. πŸ₯± Be the responsible one… or the adventurous one. As if becoming ourselves meant leaving pieces of ourselves behind. But what if that’s never what we were meant to do? What if the journey isn’t about becoming someone new at all? What if it’s about remembering who you were before you learned to edit yourself to make other people comfortable. Nature doesn’t apologize for being many things at once. 🌊The ocean can be calm one day and wildly powerful the next. 🌲 Trees are both deeply rooted and constantly growing. β˜€οΈ The sun doesn’t ask permission to shine, and 🌘 the moon never apologizes for changing. Maybe we’re meant to be that way too. You can love lifting weights and love meditation. You can build a business and spend an afternoon getting lost in a book. You can be logical and deeply intuitive. You can be disciplined and playful. You can chase big dreams and still crave a quiet life. You don’t have to choose one version of yourself just because someone else feels more comfortable putting people into neat little boxes. πŸ“¦ The people who are most at peace aren’t usually the ones who have perfected one identity. They’re the ones who have stopped abandoning parts of themselves. The more you remember who you are, the less energy you spend trying to convince anyone else. And maybe that’s what freedom really feels like.

You can choose you
I don’t think most of us lose ourselves all at once.
I don’t think most of us lose ourselves all at once. It happens quietly. We become who work needs us to be. Who our family needs us to be. Who our responsibilities require us to be. One day we wake up and realize we’ve gotten really good at surviving… …but we can’t remember the last time we truly felt like ourselves. The beautiful thing is that your authentic self never disappears. It waits. Beneath the stress. Beneath the expectations. Beneath the roles you’ve been carrying. Healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering. Remembering what brings you peace. What lights you up. What makes you feel fully alive. It’s been there since you were a child. Now it lays in wait… The goal isn’t to become someone else. It’s to come home to the person you’ve always been. πŸ”₯ So here’s today’s question: What’s one thing that makes you feel most like you?
I don’t think most of us lose ourselves all at once.
