Expand Your Capacity To Receive!

Hope you are having an amazing weekend.

Here's a quick message to sit with as you head into the new week.

The message is that life will not give you more until you expand your capacity to receive.

And the way to do that? Face your fear.

Every time you face a fear, you integrate that experience and your capacity to receive expands.

Think of it like a video game.

Every time you face a challenge, you level up.

You cannot level up if you don't face the current challenges of the level you're at.

So your current conditions and situations?

They're simply your level of the game.

Instead of avoiding them, face them.

Go through the portal of fear.

That's how you unlock new territories.

New opportunities. New experiences. New adventures. New blessings.

The universe always wants to give you more.

But what you receive is not limited by the universe.

It's limited by your capacity to receive.

Expand that capacity by facing your fears.

So your job is to dissect the fears that are holding you back from the thing you want to call in.

And it starts with stillness. Introspection. Self study.

Getting honest with yourself about what's really in the way.

I know it's easier said than done. But try to get in the habit of making time for stillness and self reflection.

This is the key to a lot of this spiritual work.
