For the longest time i have been especially now that i have been retired, I have gathered a wealth of information in the Personal Development Arena. My collection of quotes, articles, ect...over the years is impressive. Positive thinking, Affirmations, self-created slide shows, gathering and following many of the material from the folks in the movie "The Secret" ... You would think i would be in a different place by now, if that makes any sense. I just wanted to say some of the Greatest emails i get from SDCAW Spirituality. The last one, Entitled " Same thoughts same actions same life. The loop has to break somewhere." I am so much wanting what this email is about. Not that I have'nt heard it before from other sources but deep down, I beleive this is definately the Truth of what needs to happen and in my later years ...this is my #1 Goal. It prompted me to write this piece. I need to spend more time here be around individuals who .can help me achieve this. Just visiting this site and being a part here, I want to learn, contribute, make friends to have deep conversations and get to know what it takes to be the opposite of so much negativity and false programming. I want to change because I want so much more out of life for me and my family and friends. I joined Substack and found some great readings there although I think I am looking to connect more often with folks in Mastermind Groups and those who are reachable to discuss some of this wonderful ways of life. I have done the affirmations, subliminals, and many more things. Somehow i feel i need to focus in with Winners and those who have made the breakthroughs I seek. i know i will come into resistance in my daily life but I am willing to fight through these battles and fears to accomplish the better person I know i am and can be.
