Confetti Toss!
I used the Claude Curriculum Architect Skill to draft a workshop, and it was brilliant, easy, and quick. I was pleasantly surprised with the results and how usable they were. Just a few clarifications, some rewriting to fit me and my style a bit more, and I had an amazing foundation for my class!

A just-for-fun prompt! Your 2026 Mantra
Ok, I just saw this prompt in another group and wanted to share! (Credit to Kim Job in Brenda Rigney's Aligned AF Camp 😊) Ask ChatGPT: Based on what you know about me, what's my mantra for 2026? Mine is in the comments - would love to hear yours!

Question About Bundles
I'm finally getting off my metaphorical butt and going to join a bundle to grow my email list. But I've only participated in bundles as a user, and so I'm not sure what best practice is for the little details that no one notices, but that make a huge difference. For example, I'm designing my landing page for my contributed product, but I'm stuck on what image to use. Do I use the cover of the product? A spread of sample pages from inside the product? What do you usually see when you click on a product in a bundle? (I foolishly didn't take notes during all the bundles I looked at myself. 🫠) This is for teachers who are looking for alternative activities kids can do if they don't earn a reward time, if that helps.

Good luck with the bundle, @Tori Studer! I'd love to hear how it goes and if you pick up any tips along the way. I've participated in a few, and my takeaways have been to keep my offer simple and focused directly on the audience's problem they want to solve.
What if you burned the pile? šŸ”„
Let’s play with a thought experiment for a minute. A little dramatic… but stay with me... šŸ”„ What if you burned the pile? You know the one —the mental stack of to-dos, the obligations you said yes to out of guilt, the ā€œshoulds,ā€ the open tabs, the DMs you haven’t replied to, the 4,000 (do I hear 10,000? 30,000?) unread emails you swear you’ll deal with ā€œsomeday.ā€ What if you piled all of it up…struck a match…and let the whole thing go up in flames? What would happen? Would there be anything in that pile you’d actually miss? Anything truly urgent or essential… OR is most of it just noise you’ve been carrying out of habit? Would anything bad happen if you didn’t respond, fix, finish, or follow up? Or – and this is the real question – would it feel like release? Like creating a clean slate your brain hasn’t felt in years? Sometimes the reason we feel behind isn’t because we’re failing…it’s because we’re dragging around a pile of busywork that doesn’t even belong to us anymore. So today, just imagine: If you burned the pile, what would be lost? And what freedom might you gain? You don’t have to actually set anything on fire (tempting as it is šŸ˜…)…but noticing what you would burn tells you a lot about what’s still worth carrying. (Thanks to @Mike Richardson for sparking this reflection by suggesting I burn my own pile lol)

@Kate DuBois Great idea!
Your opinion, please! šŸ™
I’ve been behind the scenes this week reorganizing the Classroom and adding fresh trainings — and it’s all coming together around five core pillars of the Cold Coffee Club. Before I put the finishing touches on everything, I’d love a little pulse check — which pillar are you most drawn to right now? No pressure, no deep explanation needed… just whatever makes your brain go, ā€œOoh… that.ā€ Here are the 5 pillars: 🧠 Pillar 1: Mindset (Rewrite the stories that are blocking success) ā° Pillar 2: Time + Energy (Get the most done in the time you actually have) šŸ’° Pillar 3: Revenue Systems (Turn your ideas into income without the hustle hangover) āš™ļø Pillar 4: Operations Systems (Make your business feel lighter by fixing what’s happening backstage) šŸ¤– Pillar 5: AI (Let tech do the heavy lifting to save you time/energy/etc.) I’m polishing the trainings inside each one, and your answers help me shape where we go first! Which pillar is calling you most right now? (Or… which one are you avoiding because it feels super hard? šŸ˜…) And if you’re not sure yet, that tells me something too!
