Your Email Workflow in Flodesk
Hi Olivia, I loved your class in the AI-Driven Business Summit. I have lots I want to implement from what you presented. I'm curious about your email process. You mentioned you have Flodesk. That's what I've been using and it makes beautiful emails. What I'm looking for now is speed. I've heard that Kit can be especially great to design the emails fully in HTML in Claude, and to even connect to Claude Co-work with an MCP (I'm not there yet). Have you found some super quick workflow hacks for working with Flodesk to make sending emails very streamlined? I'm still in Flodesk for myself, though I'm thinking about moving to Kit. And I'm getting a client set up in Kit to try to make her email process very quick and easy and integrated fully with AI. Curious to know how your email workflow goes. I'm not a great designer, and I think I'm done with the drag and drop, block building stuff. Even though it's been nice till now. That style slows me down from doing email as regularly as I like. Happy to hear from others as well.

Strength and Softness Can Coexist
The strongest people are often those who know when to lead and when to listen. Confidence and compassion are not opposites they complement each other beautifully. Do you agree?

It's time for some group improvements! (Because it's all about getting something out there for people and then iterating and improving on it from there, right? 😁) I have a super exciting addition coming to Premium that I'll be sharing soon, but in the meantime, I wanted to get your feedback on an idea I've been noodling on. One of the #1 hurdles people say they face is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻.... 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱.... 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀. (Sound familiar? 😜) So I was playing around with the idea of hosting a monthly focus huddle within this group. - if you want some extra accountability for the month, you commit to the huddle for the month - You set your goal(s) for the month, I'll give you a framework + tools needed and help you reverse-engineer them into a clear action plan - We do some async checkins throughout the month to track progress - At the end of the month, we'll have a little virtual coffee chat celebration where you can show off what you accomplished - Then then next month, you can either join that new huddle or pass if you're good for the month I'm thinking it would be free to start so we could play around and see if it feels good before I do anything else with it. Does this sound like something helpful to you? It's ok if not! The goal is help you check some things OFF of your list, not add more to it. Open to any ideas!

What Keeps Creating Value Year After Year?
For those of you running successful communities: What recurring experience creates the most long-term value for your members? Not content. Not courses. Not events. I'm interested in the experiences that consistently help members think better, make better decisions, or create meaningful progress over time. If you had to identify one recurring element that became foundational to your community's value, what would it be?
