[PREMIUM] Revenue Workshop is happening in 13 days
Help! What would help you?
okay I need your help! I'm planning a live workshop for the week of April 27 for premium members and I have a long list of topics I'm genuinely excited about – but I want to ask you first what you actually want! 😊 So. What do you actually want to dig into? No wrong answers. Just what would help you the most right now? I'm cooking – you just tell me what sounds good! (Side note: Not a premium member? You can upgrade here and lock in live monthly workshops each and every month for just $12 (or roughly $8 if you choose annual). Price goes up on 4/18.)

🥕 Carrot or 🥢 stick — which one actually gets you moving?
There are two kinds of motivators in this world: 🥕 The carrot people — they're chasing the reward. The income goal, the dream client, the feeling of finally launching that thing. The what's possible is what lights them up and gets them off the couch. 🥢 The stick people — they need a little pressure. A deadline, a consequence, a "I told people I was doing this and now I actually have to." The avoiding the ouch is what activates them. Neither one is wrong! I'll go first — I'm a carrot person with a stick backup plan. 😂 I can feel the vision all day long... and then also sign up for something public so there's an actual deadline. But anymore, I just find deadlines stressful and avoid them as much as possible. Drop yours below 👇 🥕 Carrot — the reward pulls me forward 🥢 Stick — the consequence pushes me forward 🤷 Both / It depends (And if you want to say why, I'm here for it — this stuff tells you so much about how to set up your systems and goals in a way that actually works for your brain.)

Classroom Expanded?
I love your classroom masterclass/course ideas that are "Not Your Mother's ...". Very clever! Wondering when they will be active? This community is really powerful and unique. Thank you!
Question about bundles/summits tech
Hi, all! I've been hearing a lot about Shareables (a tech...thing...that takes an existing Google Sheets or Airtable and turns the data into a pretty webpage, automatically updating the page when the data is updated) and it's currently on mega-discount lifetime deal option through Appsumo. I love the sound of it, but I'm wondering how much time it would actually save me. Right now, I have (vague) plans to host a bundle and/or a summit in the medium future, but not right away. I've never hosted a bundle or a summit the traditional way, either, so I have nothing to compare the process to. I'm detail-oriented, so I don't anticipate problems with keeping track of submissions and links and things like that. I have a WordPress website and Teachery's lifetime plan. My biggest worry right now is that if I get the lifetime deal for Shareables, but then my plans change in the meantime (I had intended to start up a second business 2 months ago - that clearly didn't happen), I'll have spent $60 that I didn't have to. And at the beginning stages of business, every dollar is precious. Can anyone with experience running bundles or summits chime in and let me know your experience with time spent on the backend tech side of things? In your opinion, would this be worth it? Thanks!
Looking for business advice
What better place to ask than with a group of fellow time strapped entrepreneurs. I keep finding my business is slightly shifting, adjusting. Now I am at the point that I am unsure if my Skool community aligns fully with my direction. Do I pivot the Skool community AGAIN.... Do I take my coaching business off of Skool since I have not really been using it to find clients? I thought I wanted to do low dollar templates and such for Nurses with the idea of financial coaching someday, but the coaching is starting to come along and I need to pivot before I get too deep. Anyone have time to discuss? Any thoughts, ideas? So glad to be part of this great community.
