Clay Drop-In Drop Out Sessions
Hi folks, since making the changes to our drop-in sessions. We have experienced a smaller volume of people. I'm going to pause this quickly. Help me out on this one. What would be your perfect setup for these calls and course structures?

The weekly calls is a good idea and I think the course structure is good. The only thing is for someone just learning it, the best use of time may be to just get through the course, play with it, keep making tables and testing. Calls are good, but asking too many questions and theorizing can sometimes not be helpful. Thats just my opinion though.
need help with list building
hey guys, I need to build a list for the following segments: Freelance Travel Agents Independent agents or small “one-person” shops who sell bespoke, tailor-made trips on a per-client basis. Mid-Size FIT Operators (10–200 employees) Specialist “Free Independent Traveller” tour operators offering customizable—often self-drive or self-hike—packages to individual travelers or very small groups. Group / Tour-Series Operators Larger companies that run scheduled group departures or multi-departure tour series (e.g. fixed-itinerary adventure or cultural tours) and need a reliable DMC partner in Argentina These are for a receptive travel agency in Argentina doing $6M/yr - they have product market fit and a list of 40+ active clients, I'm having a really hard time filtering the list. I have a list of companies/people I scraped from apollo but I have no clue on how to segment it correctly Can anyone help?

Outscraper is a bit on the pricier side, but it makes the scraping of that data so much easier, Just select the categories, the region, and it’ll scrape it all in the cloud and give you the results as a CSV. I haven’t found any other Google maps scraper that is as convenient. Maybe Lobstr is worth a look as well
SDR to Clay Operator in split into mini-courses ACCESS NOW
Hey guys! As this is totally new to me I'm using this time to quickly learn from users. The SDR to Clay Operator course seemed to be too long as a stand-alone so I've now put this into 4-5 micro-courses which you can access in the classroom. We are going to be rolling in "Clay Labs" where there will be a daily open slot to just jump on call with me and I can literally solve any agency/outbound/automation bottlenecks for you while you learn through the classroom. I think this is definitely the best way to move forward! See you in the call in 30 mins for those jumping in.

Day 1-2 and 3-4
Trying to catch up, and just reaching the Day 5-6 Stage. Been playing around with the Clay table and built this table so far: https://app.clay.com/shared-table/share_0svnt61Zi4QXeMaWQYj I have 2 main use cases I want to use Clay for 1. Get lead lists so I can get link building clients 2. Use it to categorize lists much faster, as part of my agency's link building process. This table is a rustic attempt to attempt number (2). My idea is to automate as much of the prospecting process as possible. I can use APIs like DataforSEO to scrape Google for pretty cheap, and we can always download lists of websites from other places. But for link building leaves 2 main issues I'm trying to solve - How to turn those lists into "segments" much faster than a human could. - How to get very specific contacts for those leads. For link building, it needs to follow a logic. E.g. Content title -> Editor -> SEO -> Marketing -> Owner etc etc. The screenshot just shows me inputting a list I had of Addiction/Rehab clinic domains, and seeing if Clay could categorize it accurately, and automatically find a Marketing related contact, using Findymail. Not perfect because it couldn't find a category sometimes - but it probably needs a better AI prompt, and probably better logic to find a relevant contact person. Findymail for me is pretty good, but looking into BetterContacts.

Hi everyone, good to be here! Amit here, based in Scotland and running a link building agency. I’m trying to get into learning clay and other outbound techniques, mostly for client acquisition, but also to see how it fits into the process of acquiring backlinks as well.

@Aaron Reid Will be good to see you again! Should be able to make at least some meetings and make my way through the training. Been sunny here in Scotland for a change, you'll almost want to come back 😆
