Regulating yourself in a crazy world
What do you do to keep sane in this world today? How do you keep grounded? What do you do to let it go and swich your brain off from time to time? And how do you keep the agency and keep on living your lives amidst all this? I´ve been following the news / discussions constantly to get wtf is happening around us / to the humanity - and how could I be part of moving (back?) to sanity together. But it is hard. To not close eyes, but still keep your own head above water. At a time when empathy and seeing things too clearly can become an Achilles heel, but as a person who does not have the option of simply closing their eyes to everything.

Returning to yourself and deepening your connection to you, source is essential - the breath work practice is here in this group will definitely help with that I found in my experience that when we are immensely triggered by what’s going on in the outside world part of that is just that they’re triggers, which is a signal that they are limiting beliefs around what’s happening in regards to safety, the future, and then, however, that is modeled from our childhood it could even bring up stuff that’s unresolved. This is why it’s essential to have our practice like what you’re doing staying off social media turning off the news getting out nature, combined with breath work, and then doing the internal work of like what must I believe about the situation the world myself and having the correct tools to clear the beliefs, and the attachments is key

@Susanna Viitasaari agreed - when threat is real though how we respond to it is greatly determined on our unconscious identity & beliefs thereof which is mirrored into the somatic body as a fight/flight/freeze response. Sometimes the healthiest thing to do is get out of situation asap. Sometimes standing your ground is. This where deep profound connection to one’s purpose, intution & Source intelligence - God comes in and knowing when internal programs are coming from unresolved negative experiences or true knowing of when/where to stand ones ground And sometimes the right decision for an individual is to flee - other times regardless of outcome it is to stand your ground. Not all real threats end violently, especially when someones purpose is aligned with high visibility & impact for generations to come combined with the purpose of that message and when it will help the collective if the messenger survives or the opposite. . 2 outcomes : Martin Luther King and Gahndi. Both stood up for what they believed in regardless of the political atmosphere and death threats - both helped change generations to come yet came to very different ends. It’s all about knowing yourself and being deeply connected And the somatic intelligence taught, and the Breathwork framework here in this group is so deeply potent for getting to know the ego’s agenda from a somatic body lens

Moving through the questions in this module is so beautiful. I didn’t expect the depth that’s there. I’m drawn to energies and the only reason I was here was because I experienced a three day session couple of years ago purchased everything through the website - but I never actually went through it. I’m in the process of integrating four years worth of lessons and learning to trust myself again and source and my intuition. The questions in the arc framework are helping to integrate that further in all areas of my life, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and energetically

Welcome, love🫶🏻
Stillness is the key
I love feeling grounded in the moment which is what this practice provides. During this practice I’m able to be with myself and focus on what’s been going through my mind and what I need to show up authentically.

Hi all - happy to be here 🌟 I had started originally to go through a regular breath work session practice as I am already a breathwork coach & then was mistaken for a bot. 😂 I am back. What I am in a group I participate by liking everybody’s post so that they can uplevel - maybe that’s why I was mistaken as a bot previously because I was doing it so much and I was simply trying to help my fellow community members. Lol So here goes… I have been on a 35 year journey, collecting all kinds of healing modalities and tools to find out what works to overcome CPTSD and all the Pat patterns and all the different areas of life that can stem from that that can hold one back. I’m incredibly proficient at what I do and I have been in search of a breath work coach that works for me even though I’m already certified. Somatic IQ was one of the two people that I recommend to everybody I talked to when they want to get certified. So I thought I’d start and be part of the community since I recommended to everybody
