I love feeling grounded in the moment which is what this practice provides. During this practice I’m able to be with myself and focus on what’s been going through my mind and what I need to show up authentically.

What do you do to keep sane in this world today? How do you keep grounded? What do you do to let it go and swich your brain off from time to time? And how do you keep the agency and keep on living your lives amidst all this? I´ve been following the news / discussions constantly to get wtf is happening around us / to the humanity - and how could I be part of moving (back?) to sanity together. But it is hard. To not close eyes, but still keep your own head above water. At a time when empathy and seeing things too clearly can become an Achilles heel, but as a person who does not have the option of simply closing their eyes to everything.
