Holding Myself Accountable
I need to get done 8 hours of cold calling between this Thursday and Friday for the new niche I recently switched too. My aim isn't to book appointment but perform market research about the prospects pain points to tailor the solution to them then if I find a GAP I'll book them in. For next week the 29th to the 4th of October, it'll be a normal week where I book them, I need a minimum of 1000 cold calls done.

🔥 Aaron’s 90-Day Challenge – Days 27 to 32/90
Day 27 - 2/3 shows → both were good meetings, booked second calls with them. - Last one rescheduled. Day 28 - 4 calls scheduled, 3 shows that went okay. - Last one rescheduled. Day 29 - Delivery Sunday → focused fully on client work. Day 30 - Wrapped up delivery… and lost my free trial client. They weren’t satisfied with 11 leads for €300 in solar. - I gave tons of value & follow-ups, but: - Lesson learned → I need to set clearer expectations up front and keep more control on ad strategy. - Reflection: 30/90 = 1/3 done. Motivation isn’t the fuel anymore → it’s discipline. I don’t always want to do it, but I’ll still sit down, focus, and push through. Day 31 - 1 follow-up onboarding from Day 27 ghosted me (not answering anymore). - Second call was short; they only work on commission with contractors, not monthly retainers. Day 32 (today) - 9 meetings scheduled (5 new + 4 onboardings). - First one was a no-show ❌ - Still confident I’ll have good news to share tomorrow. Current reflections 🎯 1. Should I keep doing daily updates or switch to weekly format? 2. I’ve invested ~€2.5k of my own money into ads so far. No ROI in cash yet, but plenty in learning, habits, and resilience. I accept the risk. 3. Need to book a new 1:1 with Aaron soon — it’s been a while. The journey continues. Discipline > motivation. Forward only. ⚡

Congrats G!
I gave a client away and got it back.
YES-terday, I won - but not alone. WE won. A bit of context : Yesterday, I had a meeting face to face with my first client - Or said differently, partner, because he was one of the first people that trusted me with the skill of Marketing that I didn't have. Two years ago, he gave me a full go (2K monthly budget) at generating leads for him in the Solar niche. I didn't know anything, started from scratch. I did have good results because of a law changing soon, so very high demand. But after the law changed, demand decreased A LOT, so I lost confidence. Recently, this client was approached by a marketing agency, and I gladly helped him & them because I wanted the best for the client that trusted me in the past. I had the impostor syndrom at that moment, I felt like I couldn't understand the Market anymore, ads & leads generation, and was in the middle of learning advertising from scratch from someone doing Meta Ads full time (I paid 2.8K € for this, which was half of what I had left after 1.5 years). The marketing agency didn't do well at all, and came up with tons of excuses, very low reactivity, tons of meetings and blaming me (lol) and the client about X or Y or Z. The client was unhappy and told me to come back. And this is what I did (leverage was high) - I told them YES I'll come back, BUT under some conditions. 1) I don't want to work with a monthly retainer of 500€ or count the hours spent for the client, and give an hourly rate because the faster/better I get, the worst it is for me. I wanted to generate as much money as possible for the client, even if I had to work more, and more frequently. 2) I wanted to invest myself fully in this, and for 2 months (July + August) try to generate as much leads as possible for him, while being fully transparent and communicate as much as possible with the full team in charge of calling leads, sales, delivery if needed. I wanted to automate most of the communications (mail, sms). And all of this, FOR FREE - Until I'm satisfied with the results. I wanted to negotiate at the highest point, which is when leads are transformed into MONEY for the client (It takes 30-90 days for leads to convert).
I gave a client away and got it back.

Good job Salim! The compounding effect is compounding
Grateful
Just wanna say, I'm feeling grateful for you guys. It was awesome collaborating with you all on today's calls. Looking forward to seeing you guys again next week (Thursdays at 11AM EST!). Huge shoutout to @Jasmine Lotomau and @Alek Anuzis coming in and dropping sauce. Who wants them around more often? If we get enough demand here, I might just have to invite them to come back regularly for you guys...

We need them in a month or so, so everyone has enough time to take action on what they taught us.
