I got my first sales job in 1987 selling Encyclopedia Britannica. Since then I have sold: - Cars - Real Estate - Home Improvement - MLM - Insurance - Investments - and finally Money. i.e. Lending.💰 🏦For the past 18 years, selling money for a fee has been my jam. It is evergreen, always in demand, recession-proof, pandemic-proof, never needs a demo, or a sales pitch on why you need it. It feeds most of the needs of the human condition. Security, Freedom, Independence, Ego/Self-Actualization, and Charity. 🎯Ask anyone "What's important about money to you?" and if you dig deep enough you will find one of those at the heart of it. The best Close I have ever seen: "So if I help you get money so that you can gain _______(freedom, security, status, etc.) then do we have a basis for doing business?"
