Hello guys, I got a stagnating store that I wanted to scale. Currently it is around 10-12k/mo super consistant but I need to scale and I am not sure what actions will lead to the best results. Pmax campaign is at 2.4 TROAS but don't go further 110€/day after many month. My plan was to do a new Shopping Pmax with all the "winning products" with 2,7+ ROAS and isolate them to scale this part Then Cut all the low roas products in the current campaign Then create a 3rd Shopping Pmax to force google to spend on some products (I added 600 new products in the last 4 months and I saw that Google didn't spend any budgets on a lot of them and I would like to give them their chance.) What do you think about this strategy ? Is there something better that I am missing ? In parallel, I will duplicate this store in another country (Don't know yet between UK, Germany or Italy)

Hi was wondering if anyone here have taken help from any partner or so to fix gmc misrep, and if so do you recommend anyone? Havnt been able to fix my gmc misreps earlier so thought i might ask for some help to actually fix the issues this time😅

Just launched a new campaign 5 days ago and it is getting like an 8-11 roas but it will only spend 20% of the budget with 1k skus live (maximize conversion value on) . it consistently will spend no more then 8 pounds a day. Am I being impatient or should i have more skus / raise the budget. let me know how you guys deal with this :)

I have been only selling on UK market for the last few months and want to copy my store to other markets so what other markets everyone would recommend for fashion stores with shopify payment's only no paypal no klarna only cc
