Dealing with rejection
Hello everyone, how do you deal with rejection after a cold call where maybe has been rude or directly hang up on you ? What I usually do is thinking that the person on the order side of the phone does not me so is not a personal thing but the way that person reacts on this type of calls. That helps to keep me going but I am curious to know what keeps you going ?

Best way to get out of it is to continue cold calling hahah :))) every call is a SMALL DROP in a HUGE OCEAN of businesses!! You can never run out of contacts!! PLUS: look at it this way: maybe they had a fight with someone, they have a headache, they are in a bad mood because it's raining or they failed to sign that new contract! Plus: they are receiving AT LEAST 5-10 calls like yours everyday, everyday somebody is selling something. So it's nothing personal. I had a guy I called first time and he was very hostile. I called the guy 4 weeks later and he was very happy and managed to set an appointment with him. Don't take things personally, be polite "thank you for you time, sorry for bothering you" and make a note after the call "sad guy needed a break, I ll call back in x time". Hope that helps!!
Happy Monday everybody!
I recently came to a thought that make me re-think the way I do things. I find myself in a hard situation when it comes to organize my calls, my leads, my potential customers etc. Also I find it difficult to centralize the data (names, numbers, emails). These being said can you recommend me some CRM or maybe a software from where I can make the calls automatically. At this time, I dial the numbers manually and it's very time consuming, plus I keep all the data in an excel and it's hard to track down everything I need. The statistics is very messy and can't have the bigger picture. Any help it's very much appreciated!! ✌️
Happy Monday everybody!
It's Sunday.. Let's share some ideas
Hello beautiful people! I really enjoy listening to podcasts and interviews of successful people and I think this is a great opportunity to know each other better, since we are part of this gorgeous community haha. I'm just curious, if you want to share.. Maybe 1-2 things that changed your whole perspective about sales, about talking to people, about how to get more things done and to be more efficient. So if you are willing to share some ideas, would be awesome and much appreciated !! In Bucharest is sunny and I'm feeling blessed to do what I am doing. Enjoy you weekend guys!

@Giulio Segantini I tend to take the "No's" personally and it makes me think that I have a problem and I am not good enough. That pulled me away for many great calls. I still struggle with this. It's a whole new domain for me and I have to understand that it's a process and I need to get through it by making the calls. 😅
How to win the Price Objection?
Today, I was in a meeting with a corporate client and there are some objections that are real and are very simple to understand. Objection is: "Your price is more than your competitor". We aren't the most price competitive but we are a bit expensive then the competitor. We are the best in after-sales services, SLAs, Product durability, and Product aesthetics. How to outpace the competition? P.s: We are the resellers of Hp & the competition is Dell, if that matters.

It's a lot to say, because I do not know all the information, but I can summarize this in : price vs costs. Meaning: you want something cheaper, because you think you can save money, but in the future there may be a need to invest more money.. Or you can buy the good thing that you need, that offers best quality in time without any further investments. Also, if what you are selling requires a team, you can include the know how of a SPECIALISED team, with experience. Hope this will help!
