Lead Generation
What solutions are you guys using for your lead generation and is it worth trying a few or do they all have mainly the same contact infos ? Ex : Lusha, Sales navigator, Apollo ect...

I use my lead generation provider who scraps data, validates it, and then sends it back to me. Let me know if you know his contact info, i'm open to sharing such resources.

Cold emails
What do you find the most effective strategy for emails to get prospects to engage. How do you structure a sequence? E.g (email, call, call, email etc).

Cold emails to my experience work on scale and personalization. Speaking this an above 60% open rate and 7-8% of reply rate on scale. Strategy is simple: Keep it short and less than 80 words with Spintax. Keep the flow smooth and tell them how you are solving a problem and how it can help them. If that is something they care about, they will reply and if they are replying- then, it means that yes, it's working. Otherwise, revise the offer or close the business altogether.
