Ai to make calls for you
Hello everyone, I would like to get your opinion on the above topic. The other day I was attending a company training about a new real estate platform to use as they are trying to establish as a competitor to the two main real estate platforms in Australia which charge a lot of money to clients. One of the features of this platform is the use of AI to assist agent making calls ( they can do like 3000 calls within short term) of course is still in Beta mode but you could feel that was an AI agent how do you think clients will feel knowing that they are talking with an AI agent rather than person , where Realestate is a face to face type of industry like many other industries

@Mihaela Agavy that’s good but what happens if two or more people answer at the same time ?

@Mihaela Agavy understand but does your AI assistant mention to prospective client that is AI?
You just can't win them all
I saw someone post about an angry lead. Some leads can be like that, or sometimes even sarcastic, like the lead I had. However, I simply pushed through it, just as Giulio does, and moved on. This reminded me of Giulio's blooper videos šŸ˜‚

Well, I thought it was funny, and good on you for not trying. People get annoyed sometimes ( or most of the time). However, what I learnt, which is basic, is that it is not about you; it's about them. They do not know you, and they might have had a bad day, been busy, or called at a bad time. The next opportunity is just a dial away. Its good to have script but need to be tailored ( whiich is not easy ) if we sound robotic the person on the other side loses interest. Well done anyway. šŸ’Ŗ

I Wanted More Time with My Family, But My Job Was Holding Me Back
I used to tell myself, "I'm working hard now so I can enjoy life later." But later never seemed to come. I was stuck in the same routine—early mornings, late nights, and barely any time to actually enjoy the people I was working so hard for. I’d miss family dinners, important events, and sometimes, even just simple moments that I knew I’d never get back. I wanted more time, but time was exactly what my job took from me. That’s when I started looking for something different. I didn’t want another job—I wanted a way to earn without being tied to a schedule. That’s when I discovered Shopify dropshipping. At first, I was skeptical, but I gave it a shot. I started small, setting up my store and learning as I went. At first, nothing changed. But then, my first sale came in. Then another. And another. Slowly, I realized something—I was making money without trading my time for it. Fast forward to today, and while I’m still growing, I finally have something I never had before: control over my time. Now, I can take a break in the middle of the day, be present for my family, and actually live my life on my terms. If you’ve ever felt like your job is running your life, just know this: There’s another way. It starts with one decision to build something for yourself.

How do you start a call when you are unsure of how to pronounce the prospects name?
I have a few people on my call list whose names I don’t even want to attempt the pronunciation. What do you do in these circumstances?

Send me an email
Hello everyone, What’s your recommendation/ way to work around when you call someone, they say please send an email with all the information, so you do that follow up after a couple of days and they ask you could you send me an email and get back to you ? I suppose some people are afraid to say no I am not interested which might just be the easiest option. In this case I am talking about someone directly enquiring in regards to a property
