Studying tips
So I tend to study alone at a library - INFINITE BODY DOUBLING 😎 But what are some other tips, tricks, and things that help you all stay disciplined with studying and catching up on work?

@Nyx Sardonic lol i actually don’t play at the library, I tend to give myself a little break in between but set timers for my brakes, but not my work, but I just wanted to know if they were other things that keep people interested in studying! I don’t have a problem staying focused. I’m also have a problem getting started. 🤣
What are you grateful today?
I’m grateful to have the friends I cared about and cared about me. I’m grateful to have dreams. I’m grateful to have goals to reach. I’m grateful for myself.

I’m grateful for being here. Friends who care are so important.

I struggle with staying on task with my work. Does anyone have anything that helps them? It would be lovely if you shared (I have exams in a month and I really need to lock in) tyyyy ❤️❤️

Being confident and actually believing it. I always feel like I over compensate and come off too cocky but I don’t even believe it half the time.
lil J Update! ADHD Task Buddy Mode (Three-Color Planning System)
✨ New Feature: ADHD Task Buddy Mode (Three-Color Planning System) We’ve just added a powerful new feature to our chatbot: 🎯 ADHD Task Buddy Mode – a structured yet flexible planning system designed specifically for people with ADHD and creative, multi-tasking brains. 🌈 What It Does: When triggered, the chatbot switches into a specialized time management assistant mode that helps users: • Break down what they need to do • Prioritize based on urgency and energy • Stay motivated using accountability partnerships 🔄 Trigger-Based System: The bot stays casual and friendly like always, until it detects specific trigger phrases, such as: • “I don’t know what to do today” • “My brain is a mess” • “Can you help me plan my time?” • “I have too much to do but can’t start” Once triggered, the bot: 1. Extracts tasks from casual language 2. Sorts them into a color-coded system: • 🔴 Red: Must-do tasks (deadlines, external expectations) • 🔵 Blue: Important, non-urgent projects (growth, creativity) • 🟢 Green: Self-care (rest, recharge, wellness) 3. Helps the user define check-in partners and accountability methods (DMs, screenshots, voice notes, etc.) 4. Outputs a clear, structured to-do table with suggested calendar-friendly names ✅ Example Output: Task Color Suggested Event Name Accountability Partner Edit YouTube video 🔴 Red 🔴 Edit video + DM check-in with Sarah 🎥 Sarah Outline eBook 🔵 Blue 🔵 Write eBook draft + GPT sync 📚 ChatGPT Afternoon walk 🟢 Green 🟢 Walk + IG story check-in ☀️ Self / Friends 💬 Why It Works: People with ADHD often struggle not because they’re lazy, but because they: • Can’t decide where to start • Feel overwhelmed by ambiguity • Need someone to expect results, not just a reminder
