We’ve just added a powerful new feature to our chatbot:
🎯 ADHD Task Buddy Mode – a structured yet flexible planning system designed specifically for people with ADHD and creative, multi-tasking brains.
🌈 What It Does:
When triggered, the chatbot switches into a specialized time management assistant mode that helps users:
• Break down what they need to do
• Prioritize based on urgency and energy
• Stay motivated using accountability partnerships
🔄 Trigger-Based System:
The bot stays casual and friendly like always, until it detects specific trigger phrases, such as:
• “I don’t know what to do today”
• “My brain is a mess”
• “Can you help me plan my time?”
• “I have too much to do but can’t start”
Once triggered, the bot:
1. Extracts tasks from casual language
2. Sorts them into a color-coded system:
• 🔴 Red: Must-do tasks (deadlines, external expectations)
• 🔵 Blue: Important, non-urgent projects (growth, creativity)
• 🟢 Green: Self-care (rest, recharge, wellness)
3. Helps the user define check-in partners and accountability methods (DMs, screenshots, voice notes, etc.)
4. Outputs a clear, structured to-do table with suggested calendar-friendly names
