Studying tips
So I tend to study alone at a library - INFINITE BODY DOUBLING 😎 But what are some other tips, tricks, and things that help you all stay disciplined with studying and catching up on work?

I’m in a 6-month prep for my exam
I’m speed running for my residential doctor exam, and I’m so stressed out since I can concentrate and the info and lectures keep getting in and out of my head. i spend half of my day just day-dreaming and at the end of my day I can’t barely remember anything. What should I start with to control my attention spans.

I think the easiest tasks and break them up into smaller lists to not get yourself overwhelmed. YOU GOT THISSSSSS
How to pay attention?
How do you guys pay attention to lectures? Usually, whenever I pay attention I can only recall the second and the last thing my prof said but never the first. And I tend to forget stuffs when I was just literally listening to my prof throughout the whole discussion….or maybe not? I probably just ended up looking at the random stain on the prof’s shirt. I did try note taking but I was like “what did he say again?”. Also I’m bad at understanding instructions especially when they don’t write it on the board, it makes me feel so slow 😭🤚🏻

I feel like when I'm in college for the whole day and experience energy drops, I see myself picking up a pack of sweets. Before I used to stop myself and say it's bad. BUT NOW I realised that sweets help me get by my classes and keep motivated for the day. Even if it's healthy sweets or a favourite thing that provides you a quick energy boost and a dose of happiness. It's like a reward and will male you want to pay attention! I hope this helps ❤️
