A task system for ADHDer that doesn’t rely on shame or hustle…
This is it. If you have ADHD, you probably know the feeling: You want to do the task. You know it matters. And yet… you just can’t start. I’ve been there more times than I can count. Some days, I’d spiral in guilt. Other days, I’d pretend everything was fine while secretly shutting down inside. That’s why I built the Shame-Free ADHD Task System. Not just to “be more productive,” But to rescue myself — gently, kindly, and without shame. This is the exact system I use when no one else is around to help me. When I can’t message a friend. When body-doubling isn’t an option. When I need to be my own safety net. It’s a self-paced course, designed by someone with ADHD, for people with ADHD. 🧠 You’ll learn how to: • Identify your real blockers • Use color-coded tasks to build momentum • Reset without spiraling • Re-engage without shame And yes — lil J is there if you want a little extra support. ✨ New Feature: ADHD Task Buddy Mode (Three-Color Planning System) We’ve just added a powerful new feature to our chatbot: 🎯 ADHD Task Buddy Mode – a structured yet flexible planning system designed specifically for people with ADHD and creative, multi-tasking brains. 🌈 What It Does: When triggered, the chatbot switches into a specialized time management assistant mode that helps users: • Break down what they need to do • Prioritize based on urgency and energy • Stay motivated using accountability partnerships 🔄 Trigger-Based System: The bot stays casual and friendly like always, until it detects specific trigger phrases, such as: • “I don’t know what to do today” • “My brain is a mess” • “Can you help me plan my time?” • “I have too much to do but can’t start” Once triggered, the bot: 1. Extracts tasks from casual language 2. Sorts them into a color-coded system: • 🔴 Red: Must-do tasks (deadlines, external expectations) • 🔵 Blue: Important, non-urgent projects (growth, creativity) • 🟢 Green: Self-care (rest, recharge, wellness) 3. Helps the user define check-in partners and accountability methods (DMs, screenshots, voice notes, etc.) 4.
