Day 1 ...start a day with Moli ka pratha then 2-5 pm had 2 oranges, some slices of beet root & 3 -4 pieces sugarcane & @ 7pm had dinner which was 1 roti with mutton karahi..... & trying to complete this water bottle !! 🍢
