Affirmations
Who here knows about and uses them ? I must admit that my journey with them has been far from straight. I was doing them (wrongly) years ago. Then I stopped, just to recently go back to them. I will share with you what I learnt about them so that you get the best of their magic 🪄 and they will help you literally rewire your brain as you wish. The few important things to remember: - They work best in the morning or when you go to sleep, as your brain is not in it's full power and won't be blocking everything that's new. - They should be not too far off from your beliefs. Eg. Instead of "I am rich" (while having 0$ in your bank account), try repeating "Every day I am attracting more abundance into my life". - If you can, record them in your own voice and listen to them daily for at least. 3-4 weeks Can't wait to hear what your experience with them has been. Happy requiring 🤸‍♀️ P.S. In the classroom there is a swift course about the affirmations with a pdf with some exemplary affirmations 📑

I know they work but not without work.....to get results we need to put in the work (especially in the areas we are afraid to fo it).
💫 Overcoming Obstacles on Journey
Let’s be honest—growth isn’t always graceful. There are days when everything flows, and others when it feels like you’ve hit an invisible wall. Those are the moments that test our commitment, our faith, and our ability to shift from resistance to resilience. What if the obstacle isn’t there to 'stop' you—but to 'shape' you? Every challenge holds hidden guidance. Maybe it’s showing you a pattern to release, a boundary to strengthen, or a new skill you’re meant to develop. When I face obstacles, I like to ask myself: - What is this trying to teach me? - Am I reacting from fear or responding from alignment? - How can I use this moment to deepen trust in myself and the process? Growth rarely feels comfortable, but comfort rarely creates growth. Keep showing up. Keep choosing courage. Something within you is being refined through every “setback.” 💬 I’d love to hear from you. ❓What’s one obstacle you overcame recently that ended up being a turning point for you?

Having my son diagnosed (ADHD) gave me peace, clarity and way to look at everything with compation and undetstanding instead of frustration and fear.
