Affirmations
Who here knows about and uses them ?
I must admit that my journey with them has been far from straight.
I was doing them (wrongly) years ago. Then I stopped, just to recently go back to them.
I will share with you what I learnt about them so that you get the best of their magic 🪄 and they will help you literally rewire your brain as you wish.
The few important things to remember:
  • They work best in the morning or when you go to sleep, as your brain is not in it's full power and won't be blocking everything that's new.
  • They should be not too far off from your beliefs. Eg. Instead of "I am rich" (while having 0$ in your bank account), try repeating "Every day I am attracting more abundance into my life".
  • If you can, record them in your own voice and listen to them daily for at least. 3-4 weeks
