šŸ“Œ DAY 2 ENERGY CODE: Review and Replenish
Day 2 is here and this ALWAYS the place to start. šŸ”‹ This is our first premium workshop for our Premium members and those who purchased it one off. Today we're talking about what might be missing. These aren't glamorous topics. But they are sneaky ones. Because when these are off, no habit, no meal plan, and no morning routine is going to carry you. You can't out-action a deficiency or a missed clue. Here's something I share with patients all the time: I once delayed my own bloodwork for six months because I thought I already knew why I was tired (hello, small kids, no sleep). Turns out my iron was the worst it had ever been. Correcting it didn't make me feel like a superhero but it made me functional again. And checking iron is less straightforward in bodies with inflammation from PCOS or other (details in the video). Today's homework: dig out any old lab work you have. Please don't share personal lab details but big picture. So the completion prize. Watch all 6 videos and comment below each one. Once complete send us a DM then we will unlcoks that special tracker. šŸ‘‡ How old is your bloodwork? And Thumbs up if it was a complete workup. Thumbs down if you feel there are important buckets that could still be considered. Any aha moments?

šŸ“Œ DAY 1 ENERGY CODE: Discover Your Energy Gaps
Welcome to Day 1 of the PCOS Energy Code Challenge šŸŽ‰ This is our first premium workshop for our Premium members and those who purchased it one off. You made it. And I mean that because when your brain is running on 10% battery, showing up for anything takes real effort. Today's video is about zooming out before we zoom in. This isn't about doing more. It's about figuring out where to focus first. One thing I want you to sit with today: "If the tank is empty, willpower doesn't refill it." Fatigue and brain fog aren't character flaws. They're signals. And this week, we're going to start reading them. šŸ’¬ Come say hi below, no essay required. Comment below. 🌱 Good → Drop an emoji or GIF that describes your energy right now. (Be honest. šŸ˜…) ✨ Better → One word: what brought you here? (tired? foggy? done?) šŸ’› Best → What's one aha moment so far? Every comment this week gets you one step closer to unlocking the completion bonus šŸ‘€ more on that soon.

Good Morning friends, As a young mom and full-time student I find my whole identity rooted in my roles and planning for what comes next. I spent some time yesterday (how timely) really working through my dreams and plan and working out a game plan for the next 15 years of my family's life (tentatively, of course). Everything seems to sap my energy and drive these days so I am excited to see what this holds. My energy: the cat gif One word: burnout One aha: I need to slow down and accept good things take time. Working on it... šŸ˜¶ā€šŸŒ«ļø

Hi! I know I am a little late to participate, but I am so happy to be here! I have known about my PCOS diagnosis since I was 18. As I got older I really never learned what it means, what it is, and how to take care of my body. Faster forward now 11 years since my Dx, and I have nearly completed a thesis about PCOS! I am hoping to glean community as well as learn sustainable ways to lose weight.
