Here are some ways to prepare so you feel safe, supported, and ready to open. 1. Create a Sacred Space - Find a quiet place where you wonāt be disturbed. - Dim the lights, light a candle, or bring in anything that feels calming (a blanket, crystals, incense, etc.) - Make sure your space feels grounded and supportive. 2. Set Up Your Tech - Position your device so I can clearly see your whole body (not just your face). Lying on a yoga mat, couch, or bed works beautifully. - Test your internet connection, sound, and camera before the call. - Have headphones nearby if you prefer a more immersive experience. 3. Prepare Your Body - Wear something loose and comfortable so you can fully relax. - Avoid heavy meals right beforeālight, nourishing food is best. - Bring water with you to stay hydrated. 4. Arrive with Intention - Take a few slow breaths before we begin. - Set an intentionāwhat are you calling in or ready to release? - Arrive a few minutes early to settle into your body and the space. 5.
