As Good Or Better Daily Workout 9/20/2025
Today’s workout is live. Remember, this community is about encouraging one another, staying active, and healing through action. The goal is simple. Show up, give your best, and do As Good Or Better than yesterday. Here’s the workout: Warm-Up (3 minutes) - 30 seconds jumping jacks - 30 seconds high knees - 30 seconds arm circles forward - 30 seconds arm circles backward - 1 minute alternating side lunges Main Workout For Time Start: 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Push-Ups Then 3 Rounds: - 25 Air Squats - 20 Push-Ups - 20 Sit-Ups - 40 Mountain Climbers (count each leg) Finish: 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Push-Ups Cool Down (3 minutes) - 30 seconds forward fold stretch - 30 seconds seated butterfly stretch - 1 minute lying spinal twist (30 sec each side) - 1 minute deep breathing in seated position Your Turn: - Complete the workout. - Post your time or your version of the workout in the comments. - Encourage others and keep the momentum going. As Good Or Better Principle: Every rep, every set, and every drop of sweat moves you closer to the person you want to be.

AGOB Fitness Kickoff Post
Welcome to As Good Or Better Fitness. This started as a personal commitment during my cancer treatment. Some days, all I could manage was walking to the end of the chemo ward and back. Other days, I was able to push harder. The rule I made for myself was simple. Do something every day to make myself as good or better than I was yesterday. What began as a small group text with close friends grew into a daily rhythm of posting workouts, sharing times, and holding one another accountable. Now I am taking the next step by building this community here on Skool. A place where we can show up, push ourselves, and encourage each other to do as good or better than we did the day before. Here is how it works. Every day I will post the AGOB Fitness workout. Your job is simple. Show up, give it what you have, and share your effort. It does not matter if you finish every rep or need to scale things down. What matters is that you commit to showing up and making progress. Today’s AGOB Fitness Workout Warm-Up (5 minutes) - Jumping jacks × 30 seconds - Arm circles × 30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backward - Hip openers × 6 per side - Cat cow stretch × 5 reps - High knees × 45 seconds Main Circuit (5 Rounds) - Push-Ups: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 reps (increase each round) - Walking Lunges: 20 total (10 each leg) - Supermans: 12 reps - Sit-Ups: 20 reps Rest: 60–90 seconds between rounds Cool-Down (5 minutes) - Child’s Pose × 45 seconds - Seated Forward Fold × 45 seconds - Figure 4 Stretch × 30 seconds each side - Cobra Stretch × 30 seconds - Standing Quad Stretch × 30 seconds each side This is our starting point.
